Welcome to Salty Dog Rentals! Our main goal is to always achieve a high level of customer satisfaction with the services that we provide. We want to make sure people have the ability to get out and discover all the beauty Maine has to offer. We’re thrilled you’ve decided to visit us - please browse our site to discover how we can help you.
How Does It Work?
1. Determine what you would like to rent.
2. Reserve your gear by calling, emailing, or filling out the online form.
3. Provide payment details- Venmo, cash, check.
4. Also provide a copy of a valid drivers license
5. Fill out a waiver for each person in your group
6. You will get a confirmation email or phone call
That’s it!
Delivery
We deliver and pick up your gear for free in Scarborough, Cape Elizabeth, or South Portland. If you would like to rent and have your gear delivered to another town, please call and we can determine the delivery fee.
We deliver to residential locations, water access areas, and hotels. We will deliver and pick up the equipment to a place reasonably accessible to our vehicles, like a driveway or parking area. We will not carry the equipment down to the beach or into your backyard.

We provide free delivery to Scarborough, Cape Elizabeth, and South Portland. If you need delivery to another location, please contact us.

Every watercraft rental includes life jackets, paddles, and a dry bag
100% Refund for Inclement Weather
Weather in Maine does not always cooperate. We will though!
